A golf bag cart handle assembly is provided for pushing a golf bag cart.  In use the handle wraps around at least a portion of the golfer's body and presents the golfer with horizontal and vertical gripping positions directly in front of the golfer.  A preferred embodiment of the handle assembly comprises connecting means for attachment to the golf bag cart, height, length, and tilt adjustment means, an outward member bending away from the major longitudinal axis of the golf bag cart, a first horizontal member, a first vertical member bending upward, a horizontal transverse member perpendicular to the major longitudinal axis of the golf bag cart, a second downward vertical member and a second horizontal member.

A three-wheel golf bag cart is shown which includes power means centrally slung thereunder for maximum stability of the cart, and wherein the power means does not impede cart folding for transport and storage.  A flexible elongated control cable to a hand-held control permits the golfer to effect off-on or multiple forward speed control while still retaining the ability to manually guide the cart, both by the cart handle and by tension on the control cable.

These days, the cart bag is probably the most popular golf bag.  A bit too bulky to carry, it fits nicely on a hand pushed cart frame or the back of a golf cart.  The cart golf bag is large enough to hold all your clubs, shoes, towels and all the other accessories that are so helpful out on the golf course.  They can be carried in a pinch, but a strong back is a definite requisite.
